How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your personalisation details in the personalisation box on the product page before checkout.
Can I see a proof before printing?
At this time, we do not send proofs unless specifically requested. All designs are professionally formatted and carefully checked before printing.
What sizes do you offer?
Our greeting cards are available in a range of premium sizes and finishes, including luxury cardstock options.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As all items are personalised, orders can only be changed or cancelled if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Are personalised items refundable?
Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
